Clarify Mac ARM compatibility

The readme states it is compatible with MacOS, but also that no ARM platforms are supported.

Now, that is a major caveat that for the majority will equate to "no MacOS support". The language around this should be clearer.

At the point of writing (before August 9th, 2023, "last edited" is at the bottom of the Readme), ARM wasn't as common as it is now, therefore the language at the time was clear - there is no ARM support, and applies to any platform using an ARM/M# chip. "MacOS support" at the time meant that it supported MacOS on a standard Intel CPU as provided by Apple. Obviously ARM/M# chips are fairly common now, but as stated in the Readme:

Unsupported platforms:

• Any ARM platforms. We don't have access to an ARM system. This may/may not change if one of us gets one, but it is unlikely.

This applies to any Mac or Windows systems, which should be fairly clear to infer as it is stated immediately after the supported platforms.

As an aside, despite the fact you edited your message, the original still shows up in my email. Something to consider in the future, to maybe think of better wording before hitting submit. This project is very old, and if you feel like something isn't correct or needs fixing, you can submit a PR to fix it instead of a rude message, as I and most/all of the other contributors are busy with life and haven't been able to keep supporting the project. It is on GitHub for a reason.
