@lbenet I opened this since I realized TaylorSeries would need updated compat bounds for RecursiveArrayTools in order to make PerezHz/TaylorIntegration.jl#227 work. This is ready for review |

Recently, RecursiveArrayTools (RAT) v4 was released. Breaking changes in this release are transparent for TS, so the compat entry can simply be widened to include v4.
