[Bug]: IgcSpreadsheet - SUMIF doesn't recalculate after importing an Excel file

Description

When using IgcSpreadsheet with a worksheet that contains the SUMIF function, the calculation works correctly on the initial display.

However, after importing/loading an Excel file, there are cases where SUMIF does not recalculate when the user enters values into the cells that are part of the SUMIF calculation range.

Reproduction

1. Prepare an Excel file with a worksheet that includes a SUMIF formula referencing an input range.
2. Import the Excel file into IgcSpreadsheet.
3. Edit a cell value that should affect the SUMIF result.
4. Observe that the SUMIF result does not always update.

I have not found a workaround.

Is this a regression?

No or unsure. This never worker, or I haven't tried before.
