Description

1. Go to a hierarchical grid with row editing on child, for example:
   https://staging.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/hierarchicalgrid/row-editing

2. Start edit in child

3. Collapse parent or scroll it out and in view again

Same worked in older versions, before overlay refactoring.

The row edit overlay is no longer visible, while the row is still in edit mode.

Actual Result

Row is in edit mode, but overlay is not visible.

Expected Result

Either row exists edit mode or full UI remains visible
