Pivot grid horizontal row headers do not span full width when collapsed

Description

The row headers when horizontal mode is set when collapsed do not span the correct number of columns, if there are more columns to the right of the said row header.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Pivot Grid State Persistence demo
2. Collapse any of the row headers
3. Observe the collapse row header size or summary header(Total)

Actual Result

The collapsed or summary headers span only 1 column.

Expected Result

The collapsed or summary headers should span to the furthest right position.
