[Safari] For-of horizontal scrollbar is not styled correctly on safari browser

The horizontal scrollbar when using the igx-for-of is not usable because of styling.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://www.infragistics.com/angular-demos/data-display/igx-for-sample-2
2. Observe the horizontal scrollbar

Actual Result

The scrollbar styling makes the list not usable. Once there is some type of change detection over the component the correct scrollbar appears.

Expected Result

The scrollbar should look like in other browsers.
