Can't delete property when manually editing #1643

If I edit a row and delete a property, it doesn't actually remove the property. Setting the value to null doesn't remove the property. Setting the value to undefined causes an error, so that's not going to work.

I wonder if Studio needs to delete the record, then recreate it so it doesn't treat it as an upsert.
