It would be very helpful if you could not only send the email to the same email address again, but also to a different email address.
Our customer support is regularly faced with the problem that a customer has entered their email address incorrectly and would still like to receive their order confirmation or shipping confirmation. Our support team can view the email in the email archive, but can only resend it to the previous (incorrect) address. Currently, the only option available to developers is to change the email address of the database entry (in frosh_mail_archive) and then resend the email.
How the feature could look like:
A click on the Resend email button could open a popup in which you can enter a recipient email address. The field could be prefilled with the previous email address.
