Writing a paper to be submitted to JOSS

Prior to this we could already work towards a first release on GitHub and then have that included in the Zenodo archive, which will give the PyFVTool release a DOI number and make it citable. I know it is possible to set up a connection between GitHub and Zenodo; I used that in the past. I will look into it.

Before the first release, there is perhaps one minor issue (cosmetic, as usual) that I would like to address. I'll raise that issue in a separate Issue.

I have a PiPy account and can prepare a github workflow for automatic release too. I did it recently for this package](https://github.com/USEtox/PROVESID). But first, I look into the possibility of having an organizational PiPy account for PyFVTool.
