Execute your own TS code not working

Demo app part Execute your own TS code does not create excel file.
PC: Windows 10, Node.js 18.16.1 (same with 20.3.1), Visual Studio Community 2022 x64.
Messages in Developer PowerShell window:

Any advice how to resolve the problem?
